Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer in our Maintenance Department. The department consists of engineers and technicians in automation/electro  and mechanical disciplines. The position reports to Maintenance Manager.

Hva vi ser etter

• MSc/BSc in Engineering

• Relevant experience from industrial plants would be an advantage

• Norwegian is the main language, but you must also be proficient in English, both spoken and written

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Responsible for the Reliability Engineering (RE) year plan: prepare, approvals, feedback, follow-up, execute and facilitate:

  • criticality ranking

  • RE analysis (FMEA, PMO)

  • development of maintenance strategies

  • development of spare part strategies

• Responsible for storing relevant RE data in IT system

• Special focus and facilitation of FMEA/PMO on critical assets causing the biggest reliability losses of the plant

• Participate and/or lead RCPS sessions

• Provide training: Criticality Ranking, FMEA/PMO, RCPS tools, software tools such as Meridium

• Responsible for optimization of the maintenance concept for the life cycle of assets

• Responsible to create First Line Maintenance plans: Facilitate between Production and Maintenance Execution

• Identify, participate and/or lead projects aimed at improving the reliability of equipment and processes
