Skilled Installers and Team Leaders Wanted

Indunor is growing, and we are now looking for skilled installers and team leaders for our departments within Glass & Doors, Ceilings and Carpentry.

We are looking for people with experience from construction work who want stable work, professional projects and good opportunities for development inside the company.

Indunor works with office buildings, renovation projects and new construction projects across Oslo and Eastern Norway.

We deliver and install glass walls, system walls, doors, ceilings and interior solutions for professional clients and large contractors.

Work Tasks

Your specific tasks will align with your experience and background, ensuring you work on projects that match your skills and expertise.

Glass & Doors

• Installation of glass walls

• Installation of glass doors

• Aluminum systems and office interior systems

• Technical and detailed finishing work

Ceilings

• System ceilings

• Acoustic ceilings

• Slat ceilings

• Modern ceiling solutions for office and commercial buildings

Carpentry

• Drywall and partition walls

• Interior carpentry

• Rehabilitation and finishing work

• Office fit-out projects

Team Leaders

We are also looking for experienced team leaders who want more responsibility on site, while still working actively together with the team in production.

As a team leader at Indunor, you will have an important role in the daily operation of the project. You will work closely with installers and project management to make sure the work is done efficiently, professionally and with good quality.

In addition to installation work, team leaders also help with:

• Planning and organizing daily work

• Coordinating installers on site

• Following up quality, progress and safety

• Communicating with project managers and other workers on site

• Helping create a positive and professional work environment

We are looking for people who take responsibility, communicate well with others and lead by example.

Qualifications

You are someone who:

• Have relevant experience from construction work

• Can work independently and responsibly

• Focus on quality and efficiency in daily work

• Speak English

• Are hardworking and reliable

Experience with glass installation, ceilings or carpentry is important.

Trade certificate is an advantage, but not required.

Leadership experience is an advantage for team leader positions.
