What You Will Do:
Establish and maintain financial control over projects, ensuring cost efficiency, budget adherence, and accurate forecasting
Take ownership of monthly project financial reporting in close collaboration with Accounting
Ensure timely project invoicing in accordance with contractual T&Cs
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insight and recommendations to project managers and leadership
Develop and implement financial reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations) to assess project financials and manage risk
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within project execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute)
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as Project Controller within the Oil & Gas sector
Excellent understanding of project controlling and estimation
Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Business Central, Power BI and SAP experience is a plus)
Personal qualifications:
Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent collaboration skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Motivated to continuously improve processes and drive future growth
Flexible, precise, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
A general interest in finance and business matters
Language:
In this position it is important that you can communicate in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
