Internal Facilities Cleaner in Salmon Factory on Senja.

We are currently looking for full-time cleaners (100%) for internal cleaning at a salmon processing facility in Senja.
Your responsibility will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in offices, locker rooms/changing areas, staff facilities, and common areas.
This is an important role that contributes to a safe, tidy, and pleasant working environment for employees.

• Daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors and administrative areas
• Cleaning and upkeep of locker rooms, toilets, showers and washrooms
• Cleaning of staff common areas (break rooms/canteen, entrances, etc.)
• Emptying waste bins and replenishing consumables (soap, paper, etc.)
• Periodic cleaning tasks (floor care, deep cleaning, spot cleaning as needed)
• Following routines related to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and internal cleaning plans

• Experience from professional cleaning (offices/buildings/common areas) is an advantage -- training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality
• Good communication skills in English (to understand routines and HSE instructions)
• Willingness to work shifts according to a rotation
• Driving license class B is an advantage (depending on location/transport)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Positive attitude and good cooperation skills
• Comfortable with a practical, hands-on workday
