As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for MC Coordinator for an exciting project at Sandsli. This is a short-term assignment (approximately 6 months) , without possibility of rotation.
 
Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and guiding other engineers within completion activities

• Defining and scoping MCCR in ProCoSys

• Creating Mechanical Completion and commissioning packages in ProCoSys

• Updating boundary drawings and verifying MC scope

• Reviewing installation job cards to ensure correct MC scope

• Updating ProCoSys based on new drawing revisions

• Ensuring structured and high‑quality completion data

 
We think you should have:

• Extensive experience with completion work and MC activities

• Solid experience working in ProCoSys or similar completion systems

• Strong multidiscipline understanding

• Good communication skills and ability to guide others

• Structured mindset with strong data skills

• You communicate well in Norwegian and English

• Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience, or equivalent practical experience within completion
