With a platform that seamlessly integrates invoicing and collections into ERP and accounting systems-and more than 50,000 customers-we are scaling rapidly across the Nordics and Europe.

To support our continued growth, we are strengthening our capabilities within integrations. We are now looking for an ERP Integration Architect who will play a key role in how we build, launch, and scale partnerships with ERP providers and other strategic systems.

Your role

In this position, you will act as the bridge between product, technology, and external partners. You will take ownership of integration projects end-to-end-from early discovery to successful launch and post-go-live follow-up-ensuring both technical quality and strong partner collaboration.

You will contribute directly to how Kravia scales its platform through robust, efficient, and well-documented integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ERP integration projects from scoping to launch
• Act as the main interface between tech, customer success, and external partners
• Gather and structure requirements to enable efficient development
• Develop clear and reliable documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Own partner dialogue post-launch, ensuring successful onboarding and long-term value
• Identify improvements and contribute to continuous development of our integration landscape

We believe you bring

• Experience with ERP systems and integrations
• Solid understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping principles
• Strong technical curiosity; comfortable working with APIs and tools such as Postman
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear and structured way
• A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to investigate, test, and move initiatives forward
