You are the person who makes digital construction actually work on site!

About the role
This is a site based role in Kvandal outside Narvik where construction actually happens. You will be the person who connects BIM and digital tools to real production on site and makes sure they are actually used by the teams building the project.
You will be close to both engineers and site teams and help turn digital models into something practical that supports daily construction work.
You will also work closely with the team to further develop BIM usage and quality as well as setting up guidelines and processes.

What you will do
• Support site teams in using BIM models in daily work

• Make drawings models and project data easy to access on tablets and BIM kiosks

• Help users with tools like Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud

• Assist with finding information in models and understanding measurements

• Participate in coordination meetings and help identify clashes early

• Act as the link between digital design and construction execution

• Train subcontractors and new team members on project specific digital workflows

• Further develop the use of BIM and documentation of these processes
