Production support

Responsibilities

• Be an important contributor to ensuring we are well-equipped for future growth

• Follow up production plans and maintain output

• Investigate and resolve product and process deviations to ensure high quality

• Develop and enhance tools for production performance

• Take on a key role as a superuser of our Manufacturing Execution System, supporting and guiding others

• Create and maintain clear and user-friendly production documentation

• Contribute to the successful introduction of new products and phase-out of existing ones

• Actively drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering (BSc) in Electronics, Production, Operations, or a related field

• Alternatively, solid hands-on experience from a production environment

• Experience with MES, ERP, or similar production support systems

• A structured approach to problem-solving and a strong troubleshooting mindset

• A proactive and analytical way of working, with the ability to see the bigger picture

• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
