About the Role
Ember is a leading Creative AI-agency located in Oslo which has set out to revolutionize the traditional agency market. We deliver digital creatives for paid social, web, and lifecycle marketing, for some of the world's most innovative brands in fashion, luxury, cosmetics and F&B.
As Client Lead you own a portfolio of 10–20 brand relationships from day one. You jump into onboarding, get up to speed on each brand fast, and make sure every client feels understood and well-served from first brief to final delivery. You work closely with an award-winning team of designers, art directors, and technological innovators, and you play an active role in Ember's commercial strategy by turning great delivery into growth. This is a full time, on-site role in Oslo.

What Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
Own a portfolio of 10–20 client relationships including onboarding, ongoing delivery, regular check-ins, renewals, and upsell
Jump into client meetings from day one, onboard new brands, demonstrate brand understanding, and set the tone for the relationship
Act as the bridge between clients and the design team, making sure briefs are sharp and feedback loops are tight
Improve the operating system for client success including templates, handoffs, and quality checks
Contribute actively to Ember's commercial strategy, including case studies, growth initiatives, and AI-workflow improvements
Plan design capacity across accounts to hit deadlines, while allowing time for quality work
Present work clearly to senior stakeholders such as Brand Directors and CxOs
Spot growth opportunities and turn them into scoped proposals that the team can deliver
What Success Looks Like
You're running your full client portfolio independently within the first few weeks
Client retention is stable or improving across your portfolio within the first 3 months
Brief quality improves and revision work decreases through a consistent intake process
At least one meaningful upsell is closed within the first quarter
You've contributed to at least one case study or commercial initiative within the first month
Senior client stakeholders treat you as a trusted partner and primary point of contact
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Proven experience in customer success or account management with end-to-end ownership of client outcomes
Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously and keeping all plates spinning
Experience coordinating creative or production delivery, including capacity planning and prioritization
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and running structured client conversations
Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work and a clear belief in AI-generated creative as a viable product
Commercial judgment and a track record of finding and closing expansion opportunities
Delivery-oriented mindset and a habit of building simple systems that make execution reliable
Comfortable working in English in a client-facing role
Nice-to-haves
Experience from the brand side within performance marketing, creative production, or e-commerce
Experience working in a creative agency or studio environment
Familiarity with project management and creative workflow tools
Experience in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
A track record from working with forward-looking brands within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or F&B
Norwegian language skills
