Production workers in the fish factory in Denmark

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for 15 production workers to work in fish processing in Outrup, Denmark.

It would be a big advantage if one of the candidates had a car, to make daily commuting to the factory easier.

If you do not have a car, you can still apply.

Accommodation is provided, so you don't have to worry about housing after arrival.

Start-up:

10-15 production workers

Start date: week 22 (25.05.2026)

Experience from fish production/food production is required

Must be able to communicate very well in English

Must be able to work across the entire production in different roles

Employees must be in good physical condition

Agreement terms:

The starting salary for the first 6 months is DKK 143.40 + DKK 6.50 attendance supplement (according to local agreement) per hour.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:55 to 15:09, and for the early shift from 05:55 to 14:09. Once employees are reasonably trained, there may be opportunities for overtime.

Practical information regarding employees:

Work clothing and footwear will be provided by the factory

All employees will receive 2 access chips (replacement cost in case of loss: DKK 100 per chip)

No jewelry, piercings, artificial nails, or artificial eyelashes are allowed in production

Working hours are generally 37 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime during certain periods
