Automation - Senior Engineer - Bergen

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce new documentation and drawings such as Cause&Effect (C&E), System Control Diagram (SCD)

• Revise existing automation documents and drawings

• Produce SAS work packages for installation

• Produce deliverables for studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work

• Discipline check of automation documents and drawings

• Discussions with Client and vendor representatives to find optimal technical solutions

• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

Required Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Automation

Required Work Experience:

• Good experience with SAS systems in modification projects

• Long experience, min. 5 years, within offshore related projects

• Good Knowledge of relevant standards

• Good Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation

• Experienced in Studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work

• Knowledge of instrument and electrical equipment used in the oil industry

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team

• Norwegian AND English communication skills, written and oral

• Systematic and accurate

• High loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements

• Solution-oriented

• Collaborative work attitude and accepts multicultural work environment

Required Certificates:

• Valid EX Basic

• Valid FSE - High- and Low voltage and practical first aid courses

• Offshore certificate and health certificate, if you don't have you must be willing to take this if client need you to

Planned start date: ASAP with 2 years duration

Bergen, the role requires you to be present in Bergen, which means the positions is not open to working from other locations.
