We are seeking a new colleague to join us as a Sales Capability Manager.In this role you can combine two of your critical strengths:
- Sales Capability & Change building skills and leading improvement initiatives that transform how we sell
- Analytics & Data leveraging insights to guide strategy and optimize performance
You will be the catalyst for growth; equipping our teams with the right capabilities while using data-driven insights to steer strategic decisions and embed continuous improvement.

The key responsibilities
1. Sales Capability & Change
- Design & Implement Frameworks: Build a comprehensive sales capability model that identifies skill gaps and future needs.
- Training Excellence: Lead the scoping, partnering, and successful implementation of training programs and workshops together with external training providers. Ensure that the content builds strong sales skills, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques, supported by a clear and wellstructured training calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Change Leadership: Drive improvement projects and champion effective change management so new processes and best practices are adopted smoothly across the organization.
- Enablement & Coaching: Partner with sales leaders to embed best practices and ensure continuous skill development across the organization.
2. Analytics & Data
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (CRM data, win/loss rates, pipeline health) to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Insight to Action: Translate data into actionable recommendations for sales strategy, coaching, and resource allocation.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and aligning efforts with broader business objectives.
We think you should have
- Bachelors degree within business, marketing or related field (MBA is preferred, but not a requirement)
- A solid background in sales enablement, training or capability development within a dynamic sales environment
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems
- Experience driving improvement projects and managing organizational change effectively
- Maritime industry experience is a plus
