What you’ll be doing
Own the lead‑generation engine: mine leads, nurture them through the funnel and turn them into pipeline and opportunities.
Build and execute campaigns across outbound, inbound, digital and ABM to drive qualified B2B leads on a global scale.
Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales and demand‑gen teams to align messaging, targeting and execution.
Analyse funnel metrics, identify gaps and continuously optimise for conversion, velocity and pipeline quality.
Lead the global growth effort: you will work across regions and will have a Sales Development Representative in New York reporting into you.
Report into the Head of Marketing, influencing strategy, budget allocation and growth priorities.
Who you are
You have a strong background in B2B growth, demand generation or pipeline‑creation roles (preferably tech/SaaS).
You’re comfortable owning targets and driving measurable outcomes (pipeline value, opportunities created).
You have experience working globally (multi‑region, multi‑timezone) and collaborating with sales teams.
You know performance marketing, lead scoring, CRM systems and marketing automation inside‑out.
You have deep experience using Salesforce as your main source of truth for lead and pipeline management.
You’re strategic but hands‑on: you can set the vision and roll up your sleeves to execute and iterate fast.
You thrive in high‑growth, international environments and are able to scale processes and teams.
