Touch Call Recording Group provides compliance recording services for bank, finance and insurance companies in the Nordics, Europe and Asia. We provide a complete managed service for compliance recording with support for more than 60 different communications systems and telecom operators, and the service includes secure storage, and user-friendly management of recordings.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of our market leading SaaS platform to clients in banking, finance and insurance.

The role in brief 

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead implementation projects for both new and existing customers and play a key role in delivering a critical service. You will work closely with operations, development, product, and sales, ensuring seamless execution throughout each project.

You will report to the COO and have significant influence on our project processes and customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Leading implementation and development projects from initial scoping to final handover

• Planning, coordinating and ensuring project progress across teams and customers

• Identifying risks and securing delivery on scope, time, and quality

• Collaborating closely with development, product and sales

• Further developing Touch’s project methodology and driving continuous improvement

• Communicating project status and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders

What we’re looking for 

• Higher education in IT, project management, or business operations

• Relevant experience from customer facing IT or SaaS delivery projects

• Strong technical and commercial understanding

• Comfortable working in agile environments, ideally with Jira and Confluence

• Excellent communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language

• A proactive, structured and solution oriented mindset.
