Do you want to develop your skills in cloud technology and cybersecurity? We are looking for a Cloud & Cybersecurity Consultant who is eager to grow within Microsoft 365, Azure, and security incident handling in collaboration with our Security Operations Center (SOC). About the position
As a Cloud & Cybersecurity Consultant, you will work hands‑on across cloud platforms, digital workplace technologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. You will support both daily operations and long‑term improvements while collaborating with architects, security specialists, and cross‑disciplinary teams. Your work will include handling real‑time security alerts, driving cybersecurity initiatives, optimizing Azure and Microsoft 365 services, and contributing to next‑generation cloud solutions. You will also participate in IT infrastructure projects and have opportunities to act as deputy in key roles such as Security & Risk Manager, Change Manager, and Infrastructure Architect
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience with IT operations, Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, or security incident handling
Understanding of core concepts within cloud technologies, digital workplace solutions, and cybersecurity
Curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to continuously develop your skills
Proficiency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to take responsibility, follow through, and collaborate effectively
Formal education is an advantage but not a requirement—motivation, potential, and willingness to learn are equally important

You are proactive, adaptable, and motivated by achieving results while consistently delivering high‑quality work.
