Join our Nordic team working against cyber attacks and crime in the financial sector
We are looking for a customer success lead to help improve our member's experience and increase the perceived value of their membership.
Nordic Financial CERT (NFCERT) serves as a key hub for cyber security and financial crime prevention efforts across the Nordic financial sector. With over 200 banks and finance institutions as members, and a close partnership involving major stakeholders such as financial entities, law enforcement, and all five central banks, our goal is to strengthen resilience through collaboration. We combine operational excellence with innovative data-sharing to tackle cyber and financial crime head-on.
Your role
In this role, you will be at the heart of our community engagement efforts, driving initiatives that enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities include:
Make sure that the “member journey” is frictionless and easy to understand, using automation, documentation and self-service where possible
Support and help drive our move to a more scalable set of services
Own and put to use our CRM, supporting more data-driven processes
Help arrange our events
Gather feedback, and make sure that we use it to learn and improve
Map out the value-bringing activites and structure our member engagement to:
improve the perceived experience of our members
decrease unnecessary manual work
find new ways to bring additional value
What we're looking for:
Experience in building modern ‘customer success’ programs within technology based services for a digital company
Experience in working within Financial Crime Prevention and/or Cybersecurity industry
Agile service development with digital/automation
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Higher education – likely in business, marketing or a commercial area
Account management experience is a merit
Other:
Professional proficiency in English and one of the Nordic languages
The role is based in Oslo, Norway, but travel within the Nordics is to be expected
Candidates should be eligible for security clearance in Norway
