Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS (KDA) is a business area within the Kongsberg Group. KDA is Norways leading supplier of defence and space-related systems. We develop and deliver command, control and communication systems, surveillance systems, missiles, and we are a manufacturer of advanced composite products for the aircraft and helicopter market.

We are looking for a structured and engaged Team Manager Invoice Management, who will have both operational and personnel responsibility for our Invoice Management team.

As Team Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing the team, and collaborate closely with our subject matter experts within Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), both locally and globally.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Invoice Management team (personnel responsibility, follow-up and competence development)
• Ensure correct and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Follow-up on reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing
• Further develop and improve routines, processes, and systems
• Contribute to improvement and digitalization projects
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the organization, both locally and globally

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education within accounting/ finance
• Solid experience within accounting, especially AP and AR
• Good system understanding and experience with ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
