Responsibilities

• Act as a key driver for HSE work in the field, collaborating with suppliers and operational teams.
• Conduct daily documented rounds in the facility to integrate HSE into daily work routines.
• Participate in morning and afternoon meetings with supplier HSE resources to ensure a unified approach.
• Ensure that all HSE requirements are communicated and adhered to.
• Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT) and conduct on-site training.
• Prepare weekly TBT information on identified risk areas in cooperation with suppliers.
• Promote a "check and act" culture and serve as a positive safety coach.
• Follow up on the implementation of HSE initiatives and participate in and organize inspection rounds.
• Drive efforts to prevent falling objects, including ice and snow.

Required expertise

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Language: English, Norwegian

Location: Hammerfest, Norway

Commuters Accepted

Work schedule: Full-time, 15/20 rotation

Duration: 31.03.2026 - 31.01.2029
