Strategic Business Developer

Do you want to work with major global customers and be involved early in large, complex projects?
We are looking for a Strategic Business Developer who will develop key global accounts and drive specification and sales growth within the energy business.

What you will do

• Develop and manage selected global key accounts (Owners, EPCs, engineering companies)

• Drive specification of Øglænd System's solutions in major international projects

• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers

• Lead and coordinate global account and capture teams across markets

• Translate customer needs and market trends into commercial opportunities

• Contribute to growth through structured account planning and execution

Who we are looking for

• Engineering or technical background combined with strong commercial understanding

• Experience from business development, engineering or sales in Energy, Industry, Power, Petrochemical or heavy engineering environments

• Comfortable working independently and influencing without formal authority

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Strategic, structured and able to manage complexity

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Willingness to travel internationally
