Production Worker – Salmon Factory

We are currently looking for motivated Production Workers to join a modern salmon processing facility within the Slaughter (Slakteri) and Fillet (Filet) departments.

You will be part of a professional production team where quality, hygiene, precision, and teamwork are essential to daily operations.

Slakteri Department:

• Handling and processing salmon in the slaughter line
• Cleaning and preparing raw fish
• Operating production equipment
• Following strict hygiene and food safety routines

Filet Department:

• Filleting and trimming salmon
• Quality control and sorting
• Packing and labeling products
• Maintaining cleanliness and production standards

• Experience from fish production or food industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Focus on hygiene, safety, and quality
• Good physical condition
• Basic communication skills in English language
