We’re a team of 21 employees with offices in Oslo, Gothenburg, and Trondheim, backed by our growth partner Monterro. Now, we’re entering an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for more great minds and doers to join us in bringing our vision to life: to make the management of meetings and events as joyful as the moments they create.
Location: Oslo.
The job:
In short, as our Product Marketing Manager, you make our product fly off the shelf. This role is the glue that binds product strategy to the tactics we need to drive results. Consider yourself the bridge between product, sales, marketing and customer success.
Key skills:
Communication and storytelling.
Asset development and content creation.
Understanding customers’ needs and behaviours.
Project management.
Cross function collaboration.
Solution mapping.
Key qualifications:
3+ years in product marketing (B2B SaaS), with clear examples of shipped launches and go-to-market work.
Experience marketing to complex buying committees (e.g., end users + decision makers).
Proven experience partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps/Marketing Ops to drive adoption and pipeline.
Familiarity with competitive intelligence and translating it into differentiated positioning.
Can manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines; structured, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Bonus: Experience in travel, meetings & events, hospitality industry
Who we think you are:
You know our competitors like the back of your hand. What they ship today and what they’re lining up next. You know our buyers even better, including how they make decisions. This isn’t guesswork; you back insights with evidence and turn them into positioning and messaging that resonate and enable our commercial teams to win.
You have a knack for grasping and presenting Qondor’s value in plain language. You’re value-obsessed; you don’t talk in features; you talk in problems solved and outcomes delivered. Translating product detail into customer value is your superpower.
GTM and AI: How we think you operate:
You think like an experimental operator: you pick one painful GTM workflow, wire it up fast with relevant tools, constrain the output (format, tone, acceptance criteria), ship a V1, and measure the lift (time saved, pipeline created, win-rate change). You partner with product, sales and CS to feed real customer inputs, turn the outputs into usable enablement (decks, talk tracks, battle cards), and iterate weekly. You work with small bets, clear metrics, fast learning, and then you scale what works.
You will also:
Build high-impact sales enablement: decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, objection handles and battle cards that help sales and CS sell outcomes, not features.
Deep dive into performance data with the CMO to understand what’s converting (and what isn’t), and turn those insights into experiments across messaging, content and channels.
Map the funnel end to end to spot the biggest drop-offs (awareness, consideration, evaluation, purchase, expansion), diagnose the why, and create a clear plan to close gaps - with accountable timelines, owners and KPIs.
Partner with Product to align launches to real customer pains, define success metrics, and iterate quickly based on usage, feedback and win/loss learnings.
How you like to work with others:
You’re a collaborator who gets things moving. You bring clarity, create artefacts people can run with, and close loops.
With Product: you translate what we ship into outcomes, test messaging with customers, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
With sales and CS: you build talk tracks, battle cards and objection handles, then join calls to refine the story in the wild.
With marketing: you plan launches, craft content, and keep tone and visuals on-brand.
With the CMO: you dive into funnel data and agree where to focus for the next lift in pipeline and win rate.
A day in the life:
No two days are the same, but it might look like this.
Morning: Review yesterday’s demo notes and update the value map for a new module. Check top-of-funnel metrics and share a quick “what’s working” note in slack.
Late morning: Sit with a PM to understand a feature in depth, then rewrite it as three customer outcomes and a crisp headline.
Early afternoon: Build a two-slide story for a customer call - problem, impact, Qondor’s value. Join the call, capture phrasing the buyer used, and roll it into the deck.
Late afternoon: Workshop with CS on objection handling. Ship an updated battle card and a 90-second loom for the team.
Wrap: Look at the funnel with the CMO, spot a drop in consideration, and set a small experiment for next week’s homepage hero.
If that sounds like a good day, we’d love to meet you!
