Shipping coordinator

Your main task is to assist our customers with air, boat and truck freight. You will work closely to ship calls and solve tasks that this entails. The work is varied, and the position will involve but not be limited to:

Planning of outgoing goods, collection and retrieval
Ensure that goods are delivered according to the delivery plan
Have knowledge of DG goods
Be the ship's liaison to authorities and other stakeholders.
Logistics on the quay for cruise and Supply vessels
Be familiar with SSN
Post-reporting and finalization of costs.
Be administrative support and relieve other departmental tasks
Coordinate the flow of goods/shipments between the warehouse and the ship's port of call

• You speak fluent Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• You are used to work in front of a PC and have good skills in MS Office
• You handle stress and work well under high work pressure.
• You are flexible and can work evenings/weekends.
• You are service-minded and have the ability to work independently and accurately.
• You have knowledge of the Norwegian coast and are interested in shipping.
• You have a class B license
• If you have a forklift driver's license, this is an advantage.
