You? A creative, detail-oriented, and AI-proficient content designer who loves turning ideas into visually compelling digital assets, from display ads and SoMe content to CRM visuals and product landing pages.

Role? Content Designer to create, scale, and quality-assure digital design materials across four iconic Nordic marketplaces, ensuring everything we publish is eye-catching, on-brand, and effective. This is a 1-year parental cover

WHO ARE YOU?

• You’ve solid experience in producing digital content such as display banners, paid social ads, SoMe content, CRM visuals, and campaign deliverables, coupled with experience in creating digital marketing assets end-to-end, from concept to final production, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• You’re able to translate brand guidelines into consistent, scalable content for all markets.
• You adapt assets for multiple channels, formats, devices, and markets.
• You have experience collaborating across teams, for example, with CRM, growth, product, and central brand teams to ensure consistency and impact.
• You have an innovative and experimental mind and use AI tools for creation, ideation, and content optimisation.
• You work with Figma, Adobe tools, and Bannerflow (or similar platforms).
• You’re highly fluent in Norwegian (for content creation, all marketing communication from banners to email - it’s a must-have) and English (our company language).
• Curious about performance: you want to learn and understand how to read and act on creative analytics.
• As a person, you’re structured, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple brands, markets, and priorities. You’re passionate about sustainability, the circular economy, and user-centric communication.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

• As a designer in the Marketing Recommerce squad (FINN, Blocket, Tori, and DBA), you shape how millions experience our brands every day through digital-first visual content.
• You create high-quality ads (stills, animation, and video), CRM visuals, and campaign materials across markets. You turn product insights into clear, engaging design while ensuring consistency with local brand guidelines.
• You use AI to explore concepts, generate variations, and scale production efficiently — without compromising creative quality.
• You collaborate across the Nordics on launches and go-to-market initiatives, and continuously improve your work by learning from performance data.
