As a Planner, you will contribute to high‑quality project execution in MMO frame contracts. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to establish, follow up and analyse project plans, ensuring controlled progress and solid deliverables.
About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring accurate progress updates and supporting the project team in delivering according to plans and budgets. You will analyse trends, assess potential delays, and help identify the impact of changes to maintain robust execution. The position involves collaboration across disciplines, communication of key planning activities, and reporting project status both internally and to clients.
Qualifications
Graduates are encouraged to apply
Technical college degree or bachelor’s level education
0–2 years of experience within project‑related work (e.g., construction, aquaculture, industry, energy, logistics)
Proficiency in Office 365
Familiarity with planning tools

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a high‑paced environment while maintaining an analytical, structured and accurate approach. You have a focus on improvement, digitalisation and automation, and you communicate well in both Norwegian and English.
