Structural Design Engineer
INTRODUCTION
Syncrolift is looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers to join our core engineering team developing advanced shiplift and vessel transfer systems for shipyards worldwide.
As part of a highly skilled and dedicated team based at our modern head office in Vestby (south-east of Oslo), you will work on large-scale mechanical structures — some spanning up to three football fields — used by leading shipyards across Europe, Asia, Middle East and the Americas.
We are the global market leader within shiplift and heavy vessel transfer systems. Our projects combine structural engineering, advanced mechanical design, and innovative system development. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle — from early concept development and design to commissioning and final delivery.
If you are motivated by complex engineering challenges, large steel structures, and seeing your designs built and operating around the world — this could be your next career step.
Applications are welcome in English or Norwegian.
