Business Intelligence Analyst - Consulting Assignment
On behalf of a leading international client, we are currently looking for a commercially minded and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst for an exciting consulting assignment within a Nordic organization.
This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business performance, and commercial strategy - turning complex data into actionable insights and ensuring high data quality across markets.
The Role
You will play a central role supporting Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership across the Nordics. Acting as a key point of contact for CRM and commercial data topics, you will ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and strong analytical support to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Quality & Commercial Support
- Act as the single point of contact for CRM data topics across the Nordic commercial organization (experience with Veeva CRM is highly advantageous).
- Own and maintain master data quality (customer ownership, segmentation, territory alignment, targeting, etc.).
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies end-to-end, coordinating with technical teams where necessary.
- Support Sales Managers and commercial teams with system-related questions, troubleshooting, and training.
- Ensure dashboards and performance metrics accurately reflect underlying data and true business performance.
- Develop supplementary Power BI and Excel reports to provide deeper commercial insights.
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes, documentation, and ways of working across the Nordics.
Commercial Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain integrated analytics datasets by combining multiple internal and external data sources.
- Build and maintain secure data flows and APIs in line with data governance standards.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with commercial KPIs (financials, activity metrics, coverage, digital engagement, etc.).
- Maintain and refresh automated dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Support management reporting for Sales, Marketing, General Management, and Nordic Commercial Leadership.
- Perform ad hoc analyses related to customer segments, pricing, tenders, portfolio performance, and commercial initiatives.
- Contribute to KPI harmonization and cross-country consistency.
Market & Customer Insights
- Analyze external market data and distributor data to identify trends, market potential, and competitive dynamics.
- Validate and cross-check external data sources against internal systems.
- Deliver accurate customer statistics and analytical support within agreed timelines.
- Provide fact-based insights to support Commercial Leadership, Market Access, Sales, and Marketing.
Who We Are Looking For

- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with complex datasets and multiple data sources
- Experienced in Power BI and Excel (experience with CRM systems is an advantage)
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
- A strong communicator who can translate data into business value
- Comfortable working in a Nordic / international matrix environment
