Process Engineer – Kongsberg Automotive, Hvittingfoss

Kongsberg Automotive in Hvittingfoss is looking for a skilled Process Engineer to help develop and improve production processes for the vehicles of tomorrow. We offer an innovative working environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and improve manufacturing processes.

• Optimize production lines and develop production equipment and automated solutions.

• Conduct investment analyses and product cost calculations.

• Create and update process documentation.

• Support daily production and participate in PPAP activities.

• Handle non‑conformances, prototypes, and approval of new production equipment.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/mass production.

• Driver’s license (Class B).
