We are at the starting point of an exciting global growth journey and are seeking a strategic and commercially driven CFO who will play a key role in scaling, professionalizing, and financing the company. This role has significant influence on strategy, structure, and growth.

As CFO, you will hold full responsibility for the finance function and act as a close sparring partner to the CEO, the Board, and the executive team. You will lead financial management, capital raising, and the development of robust processes and systems.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced CFO/Head of Finance with strong commercial acumen

• Background from growth companies, PE, corporate finance, or audit

• Proven experience in capital raising

• Strategic, analytical, and confident in a leadership role

• Strong systems understanding and interest in digitalization
