Senior Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Senior Warehouse Logistics Specialist serves as a central ambassador within the Stavanger warehouse and is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires expertise in warehouse operations alongside the ability to strategize and execute efficient logistics plans.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and ensure efficient workflow.

• Prepare necessary shipping documentation for both local and international shipments according to shipping schedule.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, optimize stock management, and ensure all documentation and system updates (IFS) are completed correctly.

• Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, rigs, suppliers, and 3PL providers to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and end-to-end supply chain activities.

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and effectively while implementing process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, industry standards, and company policies while staying updated on relevant trends and best practices.

• Lead by example as a warehouse ambassador—providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive, productive team environment.

 
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• G11

• Forklift truck certificate (T1-T4)

• Packing, securing of load, module O.2.6

• ADR 1.3 Dangerous Good

• Drivers license class B
