Alma's is the restaurant and bar located beneath Byscenen -- a relaxed meeting place where food, music, and people come together. When concerts and events take place upstairs, the whole house comes alive, and the pace is high in both the kitchen and the restaurant.

About the job

We're looking for a dishwasher / runner for evening and night shifts, mainly Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You'll wash and sort plates, glasses and cutlery, collect dishes from the restaurant, and help keep the service area tidy while supporting the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Typical tasks

• Washing and sorting plates, cutlery and glasses

• Collecting dishes from the restaurant and bringing them to the kitchen

• Cleaning kitchen, storage and service areas

• Emptying trash and bottles

• Refilling soap and paper, and checking restrooms during service

We're looking for someone who

• Works fast and keeps things organised under pressure

• Is reliable, flexible and handles a busy environment well

• Cares about hygiene and order

• Enjoys physical work in the evenings and at night

• Speaks Scandinavian or English
