You? A highly operational and hands-on B2B Marketing & GTM leader. You are someone who thrives on turning strategy into execution and building a scalable, effective setup that directly supports commercial growth. You lead by doing and possess the clear prioritisation skills needed to thrive close to the business.
Role? B2B Marketing & GTM Manager – Real Estate. You will act as the primary GTM and marketing counterpart for the vertical, ensuring that priorities, launches, and value communication are delivered with high quality and on time. Unlike a purely strategic role, you will be deeply involved in daily execution with Sales and Product.

Location? Join us in our Central and modern Oslo office with the flexibility to work 50% remotely - your choice, your balance. Regular in-person collaboration is essential for working daily with Sales, Product, and local market teams.
The Team? You will have executional responsibility for the Real Estate B2B GTM and marketing setup across markets, with direct leadership of:
- 1 Designer (Norway)
- 1 Content & Marketing Specialist (Norway)
- 1 Marketing Specialist (Finland)
Why us? Real Estate is entering a phase with frequent product launches, pricing changes, and increasing commercial ambition. This role is critical to ensure that go-to-market efforts actually land in the market, support sales, and create real customer impact — not just plans and presentations.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have proven execution power. You have strong experience from B2B marketing and GTM roles, preferably in scale-ups, marketplaces, or complex product environments, with the ability to lead GTM execution end-to-end.
- You are a "hands-on" leader. You are comfortable acting as a team lead who contributes directly to delivery when needed, coaching your team while staying close to the work.
- You have a strong commercial understanding. You can easily connect product, pricing, and customer value, translating features into clear, compelling customer-facing communication.
- You are an operational partner. You prefer being close to the action rather than a distant support function, working comfortably with sales teams and commercial leadership.
- You are confident in saying no. You are clear, structured, and pragmatic in decision-making, capable of setting focus and protecting the team from overload and fragmentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required, as you will be collaborating daily with our Nordic Teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive GTM execution ownership. Contribute throughout the GTM processes and drive execution for product launches, pricing changes, and commercial initiatives in the Real Estate vertical.
- Deliver B2B marketing. Lead development of materials such as sales presentations, web content, newsletters, and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across markets.
- Lead and prioritise. Manage the work for the local designer and marketing specialists, ensuring launches are well-planned and aligned cross-functionally.
- Improve ways of working. Continuously improve GTM processes and templates, balancing short-term execution needs with longer-term scalable marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders. Work closely with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Real Estate leadership to secure alignment on priorities, timing, and expectations.
- Track performance. Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities early, driving continuous learning and better ways of working across markets.
