At Noteless, experienced physicians, healthcare specialists, and AI engineers collaborate closely to ensure that what we build is not only technically impressive, but genuinely useful to healthcare professionals.

In this role, you won’t just be fine-tuning models, you’ll be shaping how AI powers every feature we create.

You will:

• Be part of leading the AI development for new product features, from designing solutions to testing and optimizing models.

• Continuously evaluate existing and new AI models, choosing the best fit for the product (whether off-the-shelf or fine-tuned custom models).

• Integrate AI seamlessly into the application stack (frontend, backend, and beyond).

• Collaborate closely with app developers to ensure AI features enhance user experience.

• Work directly with healthcare professionals on a weekly basis to understand real-world needs and challenges.

• Maintain an agnostic mindset toward AI tools, always focusing on what delivers the best outcomes for users and the company.

This is a flexible, hands-on role where work is distributed based on priorities, needs, and your strengths.

You’ll be a key part of deciding how AI is applied to solve real problems for real people.

• Strong programming skills and a deep understanding of how to apply AI models.

• Experience working with AI frameworks.

• A background in cybernetics, AI, Data Science, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.

• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong drive to stay updated on AI advancements.

• Enjoys collaborating directly with end-users to deeply understand their needs and translate them into impactful solutions.

• Strong communication skills in English or Norwegian/Scandinavian languages.

• Experience with generative AI.

• Previous exposure to medical/healthcare applications.

• Hands-on experience working with language models and NLP.
