We operate a 24/7 Operations Control Center (OCC) supporting private jet operators, military- and state flights, ambulance and on demand air charter. We have two full service FBOs and support all Nordic airports, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

We deliver seamless, high-standard service for passengers and flight crews, safely managing aircraft of all types, from business jets to the largest passenger jets, as well as military and state, cargo, and ambulance operations.

Position Summary
The OCC Dispatcher is responsible for real-time coordination and oversight of aviation operations. Acting as the central operational hub, the dispatcher ensures seamless handling of aircraft movements, crew requirements, passenger services, and third-party coordination.
This role requires strong situational awareness, operational judgment, and a solid understanding of aviation procedures within both the high-end executive environment and the high-security environment for military- and state flights.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate all assigned flight operations from initial request to post flight
Process and manage handling requests, PPRs, slots, parking, and airport coordination
Liaise with operators, flight crews, FBO personnel, airport authorities, government authorities, CAA and third-party providers
Coordinate ground handling services including fuel uplift, catering, crew transport, hotel arrangements, and VIP passenger services
Ensure accuracy of flight data, schedule updates, and operational documentation
Track operational changes (delays, diversions, aircraft swaps) and proactively mitigate disruptions
Maintain full compliance with airport procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Assist in providing continuous 24/7 operational support within the OCC environment
Maintain high standards of confidentiality, discretion, and client service
Qualifications & Experience
As an absolute minimum:
Previous experience from OCC operations, dispatch, or trip supportStrong understanding of operational aviation procedures and airport operations
Familiarity with flight planning processes, handling requests, slot coordination, NOTAMs, and international handling requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
(Norwegian proficiency is an advantage)Proficient in operational systems and digital data platforms
Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
