Cool Company is looking for a motivated Fleet Purchaser to join our Operational Procurement team in Oslo. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in a global maritime company.

You will be trained and supported by an experienced team and gradually take responsibility for purchasing and logistics for several LNG vessels operating worldwide.

What you will do

As a Fleet Purchaser, you will:

• Plan and manage purchasing and logistics for vessels in international trade

• Handle purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices in our procurement system

• Communicate daily with ships, suppliers, and internal departments

• Ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing of technical and operational equipment

• Support contract and framework agreement management

• Learn how global shipping operations work in practice

• You will work closely with colleagues and be part of a professional team managing vessels worldwide

Who we are looking for

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, shipping, engineering, business, or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education

• Are curious about shipping, technology, and international trade

• Enjoy working in a structured and fast-paced environment

• Have good communication skills in English

• Are proactive, structured, reliable, and take ownership of your tasks

Experience from maritime, technical, or supplier industries is an advantage, but not required. This may also be a good opportunity for candidates who are early in their career and eager to learn. We value attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn.
