Fish Processing Workers – Filet Department

You will work at a state-of-the-art processing facility, handling fresh salmon products for export.
The plant is modern, clean, and safety-focused.
Work tasks
Typical tasks may include:
- Filet production work (manual and machine-assisted)
- Trimming, portioning, and quality handling of salmon fillets
- Sorting and quality control
- Packing of fresh salmon products
- Operating simple production equipment in the filet line
- Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
- Following HSE routines and food safety procedures
No formal education is required. Training will be provided.
What we are looking for
- Motivated and reliable workers
- Ability to work in a production environment
- Good physical condition
- Basic English (Scandinavian languages are a plus)
- Previous experience from filet production, fish processing, or food production is an advantage, but not required

Important requirements (must be aware of before applying)
Because the factory packs fish for air cargo, all employees must have an approved background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet) before starting work.
Please note:
- You must have a Norwegian D-number before applying for the background check
- You must also apply for a Norwegian tax card for 2026
- The background check application includes documentation of work/education for the last 5 years
- All necessary guidance and documents will be provided to candidates who are offered work
The background check can only be applied for after arrival in Norway and after receiving a D-number.
