We are a leading company within car testing in Norway and are now looking for test drivers for assignments in the Asker and Hønefoss area due to increasing workload.

We are looking for test drivers for assignments based in the area around Asker and Hønefoss. It is expected that the driver has the opportunity for 2 to 5 shifts per week, 7.5 hours per day.

The shift times from the end of March 2026 to June 2026 will be as follows:

Asker: Daytime: 07:30 to 15:15 - Evening: 16:00 to 23:45 - Night: 23:45 to 07:30.

Hønefoss: Daytime: 07:00 to 15:00 - Evening: 16:00 to 00:00.

We will engage the following:

6-10 temporary positions or on assignment through your own company.

The work tasks will mainly consist of driving a passenger car, evaluating the car, driver assistance systems (ADAS), user interface including app, media system (infotainment), charging and writing daily reports.

Good skills in both Norwegian and English are required, as most of the reporting will be in English. You must be able to translate short sentences between Norwegian and English. Technical understanding is important, and you must be able to solve technical challenges during the working day.

We will prioritize engaging people who can take on assignments/work at night shift in Asker.

You have what it takes, if you recognize yourself in this:

For the assignment in the Asker area: You need a driving license class B for at least 3 years. Like to drive, are observant and focused in your work, are reliable and show up punctually for driving shifts.

For the assignment in the Hønefoss area: You need a driving license class B for at least 3 years and need a valid driving license class BE. You must like to drive, are observant and focused in your work, are reliable and show up punctually for driving shifts.

You have experience driving in different environments, terrain and/or different locations in Norway.

You will drive exciting new cars, and we want you to appreciate an interesting and active working day, as well as be curious about new technology. A lot of documentation of relevant findings is required, and therefore you should have these personal qualities:

• Systematic

• Detail-oriented

• Goal-oriented

• Focused

It is an advantage if you either have an education, a certificate or are a student. Technical understanding will count positively. This can be both within mechanics, computers and/or electronics.

You take responsibility for your own delivery, and, like us, are committed to delivering good results to our customers.

You are independent and automatically take responsibility for the tasks that arise.

You are not afraid to ask questions and plan your day so that you have control over the tasks that you are going to perform.
