On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Handover Officer

Job Description:

• Support overall management of Testing and Commissioning Activities.
• Support Testing and Commissioning activities by advising on adequate operations resources.
• Support coordination of maintenance during Testing and Commissioning.
• Support scheduling and planning of process for handover of assets from construction to Testing and Commissioning.
• Support compliancy, approval and acceptance processes.
• Assist inspecting and testing the performance of all operational facilities.
• Ensure that all tests, including performance testing are in compliance with the procedures.
• Assist developing technical performance measurement and improvement processes.

Qualifications:

• Technical Bachelors Degree (Engineering: Civil / Mechanical/Industrial or equivalent)
• Language Knowledge: English, Norwegian, Knowledge of the Norwegian language will be considered a plus"
• 3 years in hte construction sector
• Broad knowledge of industry and regulatory standards and criteria pertinent to Testing & Commisioning, maintenance, operations, and testing.
• Proven ability to develop, nurture & manage complex and demanding stakeholders
• Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience of testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning large infrastructure systems
• Technical familiarity throughout the delivery project lifecycle
• Knowledge of completion processes
