We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to lead the development and optimization of our HRM system (Huma) while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization. This role combines strategic HR partnership with digital transformation, giving you the opportunity to shape processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen company culture. You will work at the heart of our HR function, helping leaders drive performance, talent management, and organizational development, while ensuring that HR processes, policies, and systems are effective, compliant, and data-driven.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HRM system (Huma)
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
Support workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives
Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws, HR policies, and internal regulations
Analyze HR data and provide insights to management to support strategic decision-making
Drive change management and user adoption of HR systems and new processes
Provide HR guidance and advisory support across the organization
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification or Master’s preferred
Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role
Experience implementing or managing an HRM/HRIS system (experience with Huma is an advantage)
Knowledge of Norwegian labor law, construction regulations, and holiday legislation
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Structured, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters
