We are now looking for a Project Manager!
TOMRA Reuse is searching for a Project Manager to head development and implementation of new products and solutions for reusable packaging, to improve and expand our current offerings. Your main responsibilities will span from familiarizing yourself with market demands, planning and leading product development processes to managing implementation of solutions for a wide area of customers, ranging from sports arenas to cities.
You will join a small team organized as a corporate startup, offering a high level of freedom, minimal bureaucracy, and varied work. Being part of a small team means the success of the startup heavily depends on your contribution.
What you will do:
- Lead planning of product development projects, covering architecture, materials, integration, resources, timelines, and cost
- Drive execution of projects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements throughout the projects
- Facilitate clear communication and strong collaboration among all contributors and stakeholders
As Project Manager, you will ensure the developed solutions meet market requirements and quality expectations.
What you might have done:
We do believe you are a technology savvy person with a business oriented and commercial mindset. You easily find self-motivation, and you are curious. As we are a small (but growing) team, we need you to be a team player that can move and drive decisions together with others, but also independently.
Furtermore:
- Relevant bachelor or master degree, preferable within technology/engineering Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Minimum three years experience as project manager
- Ability to influence, motivate and inspire others
- Good planning and organizing skills
