Rheinmetall AG is a leading, publicly listed technology group experiencing strong growth and a highly solid order portfolio. We are now seeking a strategic and operational CFO to join the management team at Rheinmetall Nordic AS and play a key role in our continued development across the Nordic region.

In this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for finance and controlling, working closely with the CEO to support critical decision-making. This is an opportunity for a finance leader who wants to use their expertise to influence direction, pace and growth in a rapidly developing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and KPI management

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth, investment and profitability

• Manage liquidity, working capital and capital structure

• Maintain strong processes within controlling, internal controls, risk and compliance

• Ensure high‑quality annual and interim reporting and financial communication

• Contribute actively as part of the management team and provide clear financial decision support

• Lead and develop the finance team at departmental level, which currently consists of two employees

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education within finance/economics at bachelor’s or master’s level

• Background from controlling, CFO roles or other senior finance management team positions

• Solid experience with group reporting, controlling and performance management

• Advantageous: Experience from publicly listed companies and external financial reportin

• Advantageous: Experience from industry, defence, production or capital‑intensive environment

• Strong systems understanding (ERP/BI)

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
