Senior Project Manager / Operation Manager

Axess Connect delivers cable-focused services and operational support to offshore wind and energy infrastructure projects worldwide. Our core lies in pull-in and termination & testing of offshore HV inter-array and export cables, subsea and inter-platform connections, onshore HV related yard works - complemented by specialist equipment manufacturing and supply, manpower supply, inspections, and repair activities. This combination allows us to support projects not only with engineering and equipment, but with experienced people that can support a variety of scopes and related activities across the project lifecycle.

Due to significant order intake of projects recently we are now strengthening our team with a Senior Project Manager / Operation Manager, with the ambition to grow further in our organisation.  Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or project management will be an advantage
• Trade-Certificate and experience in related field can compensate for lack of formal education
• Relevant experience from the offshore wind industry, in particular with offshore cable installation, termination and testing
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential would be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects from start to finish with focus on quality, time and budget
• Identify, manage and mitigate operational and contractual risks and opportunities throughout projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Bring knowledge to provide guidance and support
• Drive field engineering team and provide necessary resources and support
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, increasing efficiency and quality in the project delivery
