Inrigo AS is a Norwegian engineering and manufacturing company specializing in sustainable water and treatment solutions. We deliver complex projects in Norway and internationally, and are currently executing our largest project to date – a modern drinking water treatment plant in Douala, Cameroon, serving up to 4.2 million people.
To strengthen our production capacity, we are now recruiting skilled welders from Latvia and the Baltic region to work in Norway in permanent positions.
About the Position
- Work location: Trondheim, Norway
- Employment type: Permanent full-time position with Norwegian contract
- Working hours: Normal daytime working hours
- Overtime: Some overtime must be expected in busy periods
- Flexibility: Possibility to work additional hours in certain periods to build up time off
- Leave structure: Minimum 4 consecutive weeks of work before taking 1–2 weeks off
- Working language: English
- Start date: By agreement
This is not a traditional rotation job, but a permanent position in Trondheim with flexibility and the possibility of accumulating time off through additional work.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding of stainless / acid-resistant steel (MIG/MAG is an advantage)
- Mechanical work related to fabrication, assembly, and maintenance
- Reading and working according to technical drawings and WPS
- Assembly of components and steel structures
- Self-inspection and quality control of own work
- Cooperation with Norwegian and international colleagues
- Following HSE regulations and contributing to a safe workplace
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a professional welder (TIG welding required)
- Valid welding certificate according to ISO 9606-1 (process 141)
- Experience with stainless steel welding (pipes and/or plates)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Relevant experience may compensate for formal trade certification

- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and responsible
- Motivated for long-term employment in Norway
