Sales Director

Enter Tromsø Hotels & Apartments by First is seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop our sales team! Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales department, including budget and performance responsibility.

• Design and implement strategies for sales, distribution, and revenue optimization.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and other functions to drive the brand forward.

  
  

We are looking for you who:

• Have proven experience in a senior sales role within the hotel or travel industry.

• Have a strong understanding of the hotel market, distribution channels, and revenue management.

• Are a natural leader with experience in leading and developing teams.

• Have strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a track record of achieving targets.
