Enter Tromsø Hotels & Apartments by First is seeking a Sales Manager to drive and grow sales across six hotels and apartments in downtown Tromsø, as well as our hotel in Malangen. This is a hands-on, client-focused role in a fast-paced and inclusive environment, ideal for someone outgoing who thrives on building relationships, increasing revenue, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new corporate clients

Managing and growing relationships with existing corporate accounts

Negotiating agreements and ensuring profitability

Collaborating with Revenue Management on pricing and offers

Analyzing the market and identifying new business opportunities

Representing Enter by First Hotels at customer events and networking activities
We are looking for you who:

Has a background and experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel or travel industry

Is an excellent relationship builder with strong commercial drive

Has a good understanding of revenue management and hotel distribution channels

Enjoys collaborating with and supporting local hotels in their sales efforts

Is independent, goal-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment

Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written
