We are looking for a talented and experienced restaurant manager who can lead our culinary team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. Are you our next restaurant manager who would like to take charge of our restaurant, café and serving team for the 2026 season (April to October)

• You have education or experience in hotel operations, service, management or equivalent high competence and experience in service, management, food and beverage

• Genuinely interested in guest experience

• Good communication skills

• Ability to lead and motivate teams

• Personnel and financial responsibility

• You have a genuine interest in food and beverage

• Independence

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Active presence and management in the restaurant with guests and employees.

• Budget and profit responsibility, including time management, shift planning, cost control/profit.

• Training, follow-up and development of employees

• Follow-up of routines and systems

• Ordering goods, inventory, stock-taking and control.

• Close cooperation with the General Manager and F&B Manager

• Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the various departments.

• Ensure that laws, health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.

• Create and teach sales opportunities and

• Be responsible for routines, training staff in service and sales techniques, as well as IK alcohol.

• You will be part of the hotel's management team, participate in management meetings and report to the hotel manager.
