We are looking for a Technical Advisor to work within the well construction product line focused specifically on casing hardware. This role is well suited for someone with a strong operational background who is ready to take the next step into a commercial role.
About the role
You will be responsible for sales and customer follow-up for the casing hardware product line within well construction. This is a well-established product line containing a suite of high performance and value adding tools. The role combines technical understanding, customer interaction, and commercial responsibility, and you will work closely with operations and engineering to support customers throughout the well lifecycle. You will work as part of a team of highly experienced colleagues who will foster your learning and further development.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of sales activities for a casing hardware product line
Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts
Support customers with technical input in collaboration with operations
Identify opportunities within well construction and casing/liner applications
Contribute to tenders, pricing, and commercial discussions
Desired background
3-5 years of relevant experience
Background from cementing, liner hangers, or well construction
Operational experience from the field is essential
Technical understanding of casing, cementing, or well construction operations
Motivated to develop commercial and sales skills
Personal profile
Curious and willing to learn
Comfortable speaking with customers and internal stakeholders
Structured, reliable, and hands-on

Candidates must have the right to work in Norway and be located in Stavanger. Fluency in English is required; Norwegian is an advantage.
