What will you do?
In this role, you are responsible for building and growing sales with main focus on Western Norway by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth in line with company strategy. You work independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to maximize customer potential and market presence.
• Drive profitable sales, ASP, and margin across relevant customer channels in your region
• Identify, analyze, and develop business opportunities while growing and optimizing the customer base
• Plan, execute, and follow up on customer, region, and activity plans, including promotions and product launches
• Manage customer portfolios, including pricing, product mix, negotiations, and corrective actions for underperforming accounts
• Monitor market and competitor activity, manage CRM reporting, and handle customer complaints in line with company guidelines
This is a permanent position with preferred start date as soon as possible. You will have a home office and report to Sales Manager PC Northeast Europe.
Who are you?
You are a commercially driven sales professional with a strong customer focus and the ability to turn insights into action. You combine analytical skills with relationship-building capabilities and thrive in a role with clear targets, responsibility, and regional mobility. You are living in Western Norway. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• 3–5 years of sales experience from oil & gas, paint and/or chemical industry, wind power/renewables, construction, retail, or trade-related industries,
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset, and results orientation
• Analytical with solid financial understanding and confidence in working with data and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
• Fluent in Norwegian and English in both, written and spoken. It´s a plus to have good understanding in Swedish and Danish
• Regional traveling must be expected
• A FROSIO coating inspector certificate or similar relevant certificates are a plus
• Driving license B
