With a solid foundation now established in Europe, North America, South America, and China, we are strengthening our commercial organization to support our next phase of growth. We are hiring a Sales Manager / Director to work alongside our existing sales and marketing team and contribute to expansion in selected territories. The role will be shaped by the experience of the candidate, ranging from supporting market development and account follow-up to taking on broader responsibility for sales execution, coordination, and day-to-day commercial leadership.

You're able to turn advanced laboratory test results into clear, compelling value for senior decision-makers. And you're excited by the mission to bring evidence-based transparency through origin verification programs to the world.

Work description:
Own the promotion and sale of ORIVO's origin verification programs and laboratory services to brand owners and ingredient producers across our core market segments
Run full-cycle sales processes end-to-end, from prospecting/lead generation and first meetings to negotiation and closing
Grow and develop existing accounts by strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding long-term revenue
Proactively manage the sales pipeline, employing accurate forecasting, budgeting contributions, and performance reporting
Keep accurate, structured records of activities, meetings, and opportunities in HubSpot to support collaboration and decision-making
Plan for and represent ORIVO at key industry trade shows, and travel extensively internationally to meet customers and partners
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in sales with documented results
Excellent English language skills. Additional relevant language skills will be a bonus
Competitive attitude and well-organized way of working
Ability to work independently by creating and following your own sales and marketing strategy but also to follow existing strategies as a team member
Experience in human dietary supplements, pet supplements, pet food markets or other relevant business segments is a bonus
