Landscape Construction Worker / Groundworker

For one of our clients, we are looking for skilled and motivated landscape construction workers / groundworkers. We are particularly seeking candidates with solid experience in laying paving stones, kerbstones, and constructing smaller retaining walls, as these are the most important tasks in this position.

About the position

Location: Os/Bergen, Norway

You will work on exciting projects within new developments and maintenance, together with experienced professionals. The work is mainly outdoors and offers both physical activity and technical challenges.

Main responsibilities

• Laying paving stones, kerbstones, and building smaller walls (primary tasks)

• General landscape construction work in new projects and maintenance

• Green work such as planting, lawn work, and pruning

• Use of machinery and hand tools

• Cooperation with colleagues and clients on-site

Qualifications

• Certificate of apprenticeship as a landscape gardener is an advantage, but relevant experience may compensate

• Proven experience with paving, kerbstones, and wall construction is highly preferred

• Driving licence class B

• Machine operator certificate is an advantage, but not required

• Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)

• Ability to communicate well in Norwegian, both spoken and written

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
