Circle K is scaling its EV charging network across Europe. We’re looking for a Charger Hardware Manager to own the DC charger concept, vendors, and performance—at scale. Become part of our growing eMobility team — a scale-up with global ambitions.
Role scope
European responsibility across multiple markets
Experienced individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Network Development
Ownership of DC charging hardware standards and vendor performance
The Manager Charger Hardware DC Charging plays a key role in developing and securing the success of our charger hardware domain by standardizing equipment and purchasing processes, and by building strong, strategic vendor partnerships that ensure a reliable, efficient, and scalable hardware portfolio.
This role is a central part of our Network Development team, shaping concepts and collaborating across countries and business units to scale our charging network and drive excellence in how we roll out our physical charging concept.
What you will own
· Market insight & hardware evaluation: Own market intelligence and technology direction for DC fast charging hardware.
· Performance monitoring & improvement: Track vendor and hardware performance using defined KPIs and drive targeted improvements based on data insights.
· Vendor relationship and contract management: Own strategic vendor relationships and performance management.
· Project & rollout support: Act as the hardware authority for local business units to enable successful charger rollout across markets.
· Operational excellence & supply chain: Develop standards, tools, and processes that enable cost‑efficient hardware deployment and optimize supply‑chain.
· Cross‑functional collaboration: Collaborate with value streams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and integration between charger hardware and software systems.
What You Bring
• Experience owning a product, technology or hardware domain, ideally in a complex or multi‑market environment
• BA or MSc in engineering, technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data, dashboards, and metrics
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across teams and geographies
• Structured, organized, and result‑oriented, with a proactive problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
